I'm still on Blogger too, although admittedly more by force than choice. Or not force but laziness. It's easy enough to migrate content to Wordpress, but my comments are in a different platform and that's just one step too many for me. I'm fine with Blogger except I HATE that you can't specify links to open in a different window without messing with the code. Also, Wordpress is more the standard, so cool stuff like Livefyre comments are only for Wordpress right now. Wordpress is definitely not perfect either, though.
User friendly counts more than most people think
